PPC Executive - Expression of interest

We’re looking for an ambitious and analytical Executive to join our Paid Media team. If you have mastered the foundational basics of digital advertising and are ready to step up and take true ownership of campaign-level performance, this is the perfect role for you.
SALARY: £25,500
The Role:
This is a dynamic position, working within our PPC team. You won't just be pulling levers or pulling reports; we want you to dig into the "why" behind the numbers across the entire media mix. You will take raw data and turn it into compelling stories, actively proposing new tactics, and setting up rigorous experiments to improve performance on both search engines and social platforms.

What we're looking for:
The Craft: Cross-Channel Execution & Automation
Multi-Platform Campaign Mastery: You will confidently set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across Search (e.g., Google PMax, Shopping). You’ll take a hands-on approach to optimising product feeds, creative assets, and audiences to ensure maximum relevance.
Bidding & Algorithm Management: You will select and implement the most appropriate automated bidding strategies based on campaign objectives. We want you to deeply understand the different levers that influence search intent algorithms, and clearly explain the rationale behind your choices.
Tactical Planning & Experimentation: You will actively contribute to the client roadmap by proposing data-driven tactics and cross-channel experiments that align with the overarching strategy our Senior Strategists have set.
Data Storytelling & Analytics
Beyond the Click: You will confidently use Google Analytics and other platforms to gain deeper insights into post-click user behavior, understanding how social awareness drives search intent, and creating custom reports to find hidden areas for improvement.
Data Storytelling: You will extract and interpret complex datasets from multiple platforms, transforming raw data into clear, actionable recommendations. You will always pair your data with important contextual factors without ever compromising on delivering the hard facts.
Campaign Ownership: You will take proud ownership of campaign-level KPIs across PPC, ensuring they are tracked accurately and that you are constantly working to improve them.
Market Intelligence & Teamwork
Competitor Analysis: You will proactively analyse competitor activity and market trends across the digital landscape to identify opportunities and threats. You will translate these insights into actionable recommendations for bidding, targeting, and ad copy/creative.
Knowledge Sharing: You will present your insights clearly to both the internal team and our clients. You'll share your cross-channel findings with the wider department to help inform strategic decisions and sharpen our overall competitive offering.
Commercial Awareness: You will demonstrate clear commercial awareness by always explaining how your proposed tactics and daily optimisations are expected to positively impact the client's actual business goals.
About You
A Multi-Channel Learner: You have a solid hands-on foundation in PPC and are genuinely excited to become a master of the discipline.
A Tactical Thinker: You are ready to move from simply executing tasks to actively planning data-driven tactics and experiments across platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
A Data Storyteller: You don't just report on what happened; you explain why it happened. You love digging into analytics to find the narrative behind the numbers.
Commercially Aware: You understand that platform metrics (like CPC, CTR, and CPA) are only valuable if they connect to the client's wider business goals (like revenue and ROI).
Proactive & Collaborative: You keep a close eye on the market. If you spot a threat or an opportunity, you are the first to bring it to the team. You are eager to learn from the Strategists above you, while also sharing your own insights to help the whole department succeed.
